Eat your way to beautiful skin. Achieve healthy and glowing skin naturally by eating superfoods that are nutritious and antioxidant packed. Celebs like Alicia Silverspoon and Michelle Williams are all incorporating these superfoods to achieve that radiant and beautiful healthy skin. Incorporating a few of these delicious foods in your everyday diet will allow your skin to recieve all the skin loving benefits.

Almonds:     Omega fatty acids found in almond reduce inflammation. Almonds is also a great source of vitamin E, which is an important vitamin that nourishes your skin from the inside out.

Blueberries:   Contain beneficial antioxidants which will actively cleanse and  eliminate toxins and free radicals in your body.

Olive Oil:  Monounsaturated fat helps reduced signs of aging and balances skin moisture.

Papaya: Contain papain enzyme which helps to speed up skin cell renewal and helps even skin tone.

Carrots:  Carrots are high in beta carotene, an antioxidant that is converted to vitamin A inside the body. It helps repair skin tissue, protects against the sun’s harsh rays and help reduce the appearance of blemishes and scars.

Kale: Contains calcuim, Vitamin A & K. Vitamin K  helps reduce the appearance of dark circles under the eyes.

Greek Yogurt:  Calcium is soothing and moisturizing on the skin. It also helps regenerate new skin cells.
