Recipe for Sweet & Fruity Summer Smoothie Bowl



Smoothie bowls are taking summer by storm! To be honest, when I first heard the word smoothie bowl. I thought, eating your smoothie out of a bowl? Huh? Someone's been drinking a little too much smoothies. All of sudden, smoothie bowls are everywhere and this summer's hottest trend! But the truth is, the smoothie bowl has since changed the smoothie game. 

How ingenious is it to have a smoothie that's good for you filled with vitamins, fiber, protein, antioxidants all wrapped up in a delicious bowl. Plus, you can have so much fun with it by adding in your favorite ingredients like yummy dragon fruit, chocolate, pineapples, granola and even dried ingredients like spirulina, grounded hemp seeds or raw vegan protein.

You can have it for breakfast or a quick afternoon snack. Plus, you can get as creative as you want. It's refreshing, filling and super easy to make.

What better way to eat the rainbow!



1 frozen banana (potassium rich and high in amino acids)

½ cup of strawberries (a great source of antioxidants, Vitamin C and magnesium)

½ cup of dragon fruit (High in Vitamin B1 that's important for energy productions)

½ cup of blueberries (Anthocyanins helps boost skin elasticity)

4 oz of orange juice (Vitamin C, Flavonoids that helps boost immunity)

1 Pitaya Smoothie Pack (Contains fiber, magnesium and active enzymes)



  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until the smoothie is at the consistency you would enjoy most (add ice if necessary).
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite fruits or grains! I enjoy adding granola or coconut chips, along with blackberries, blueberries, or really any fresh fruit!
