Returns & Shipping
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped from the State of Florida.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
Standard and expedited orders will be processed for shipping within 1-2 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 P.M. EST will not be processed for shipping until the following business day.
Jacq's Organics is more than excited to provide free shipping on all orders $50 and up.
All orders are shipped shipped via USPS.
Unfortunately at this time, Jacq's Organics offers no exchanges on merchandise sold.
Prior to returning your Merchandise, you must fulfill all of the following requirements:
- You may return Merchandise purchased on the Website within 30 days from the date of purchase of the Merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price outlined in the agreement between You and Jacq's Organics minus any shipping costs.
- You may return Merchandise only if it is in its original condition and it is unopened, unused and not damaged.
- You may return Merchandise if the incorrect Merchandise was shipped to You in error by Jacq's Organics.
- You must contact Jacq's Organics at email@example.com.
- You must complete the return form provided by us, which requires your name, phone number address, order number and reason for return.
You must place Merchandise in a shipping envelope or box and include the shipping form inside the package.
Regretfully, Jacq's Organics will not issue any refunds that do not comply with the foregoing procedure.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Jacq's Organics reserves the right to designate on the website that certain merchandise is non-refundable. Jacq's Organics will list any such restrictions on the product detail page.
Please be advised that your refund will be processed within approximately 14 business days from receipt of the returned Merchandise. Once Jacq's Organics receives, processes and accepts Your return, You will receive an e-mail which confirms Your refund. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase of Merchandise on the Website. Refund times will depend on the credit card company’s policies.
Please note that for product integrity and hygiene reasons we are unable accept returns of our cleansing bars. All sales of our soap bars are final.
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
You sent your feedback and we listened. One key benefit of setting up an account with us is the ability to check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our site. There are several ways to check your status but we do encourage you to create an account for quick easier access. You will also receive a tracking number via email upon shipment of your order.
